NEW! Marine Debris Emergency Response Plan
This document was developed by NOAA's Gulf of Mexico Marine Debris Project team in response to a recommendation by our project partners in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, to capture the experience and lessons learned from the post-Katrina and Rita response to large scale dispersion of marine debris in the Gulf's coastal waters.
